Stay home & stay safe

Coronavirus is big news and whilst we all might be nervous or getting anxious about hearing so much about it on the news it is important to stay up to date with the latest news.

As of yesterday evening the Government is urging everyone to stay inside unless absolutely necessary. The only reasons you should be going outside is:

  • You need to shop for basic necessities, you should try to go as little as possible
  • One form of exercise a day – for example a run, walk, or cycle – alone or with members of your household;
  • Any medical need, to provide care or to help a vulnerable person; and
  • Travelling to and from work, but only where this is absolutely necessary and cannot be done from home

We want to reiterate to our audience how important this message is, we can feel invincible sometimes but we all have a role to play in keeping as many people safe as possible, consider yourself a superhero for staying in.

We are working on more content to keep you busy and a new challenge which will launch in the next couple of days so keep your eyes peeled!

In the meantime why not take a look at these:
