Youth Employment Week
Day 3 - Fair Employment
FAIR EMPLOYMENT is 1 of the 5 core principles of good youth employment
The Fair Employment principle calls on employers to provide good quality employment opportunities for young people, such as apprenticeships, graduate roles, entry level jobs and supported internships. You’ll offer fair and safe opportunities, and ensure your pay and reward system for young staff is aligned to industry standards, or the Living Wage Foundation.

This year’s theme is OPPORTUNITY FOR ALL.

- What has your organisation done to increase access for young people of all backgrounds into opportunity?
- What more could it do?
- How has it listened to young people and what they need in terms of finding opportunity?
