We are delighted to launch the new Youth Friendly Somerset Hub, built in partnership with Somerset Education Business Partnership (Somerset EBP). This interactive hub will be the place for young people to access information and support.
This online hub supports young people to find out about the jobs, apprenticeships and training options available in their area and across Somerset. It also includes career ideas, job hunting tips, travel information, wellbeing support, Job Centre links and access to youth groups.
The hub brings to life the opportunities in Somerset, highlighting opportunities across Mendip, Sedgemoor, Somerset West & Taunton and South Somerset.
Young People: you can start exploring the options available to you across Somerset and find the latest information on events and opportunities.
Employers & Training Providers: Young people can connect to organisations signed up to Youth Employment UK’s free Good Youth Employment Charter. As well as recognising businesses as a Youth Friendly Employer, it also provides free resources and support to businesses to explore how to engage with young people to effectively meet your business needs.
