MeeToo Free Mental Health App For Teens – NHS Approved

The MeeToo app is a free, safe and anonymous forum for teenagers wanting to discuss any issue affecting their lives. Help others… and help yourself.

What is the MeeToo mental health app?

MeeTwo is a supportive space for you to share your thoughts and use your own experiences to help others. You can anonymously get advice from experts or other teenagers going through similar experiences in areas such as mental health, self-harming, relationships and friendships.

Being a student, graduate or just living your life is not always straightforward. Sharing your feelings with someone else can really help. MeeToo is anonymous so you can talk about virtually anything. Because every post and reply is checked by a human before it goes live, it is completely safe and approved by the NHS.

The in-app directory is also packed with mental health resources and links to useful services to help you get the best support, when you need it, anytime, anywhere.

What they’re saying about MeeToo

“I actually didn’t realise how much better this app can make someone feel. I love being able to ask my own questions and just the experience of trying to help even one other person helps me to feel happier too”
