We were delighted to be able to interview Sharon Blyfield Senior Manager – Business Partner, People and Culture, GB Apprenticeships and Early Careers, and Apprentice Samah Rafiq – both of Coca-Cola Europacific Partners – to discuss the impact of the Coronavirus on their organisation.
Coca-Cola Europacific Partners have been working with Youth Employment UK for more than two years, embedding and amplifying the values of being a Youth Friendly Employer.
Sharon has made support for apprentices her priority. Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is not only securing apprentices’ roles but also ensuring that apprentice training will not be interrupted. Learners at the end point of their apprenticeship are assessed and can complete their apprenticeship as planned.
