Are you 16-24 and looking for work experience? If you are unemployed (or work less than 16 hours per week), educated below level 4 and motivated to work, our Traineeship Programme could be just right for you.
It lasts 10 weeks and includes 8 weeks of online learning and you could achieve qualifications in work skills development, retail, customer service or business administration, as well as help with functional skills maths and English, if required. The Traineeship is unpaid but you can continue to claim benefits.
What are Traineeships?
A Traineeship is a free government skills development programme that includes a work placement.
If you’re aged 16-24 it can give you the skills and experience needed to get you ready for an Apprenticeship, job or further training. You can have up to a level 3 qualification.
It is a 10-week programme that is flexible and tailored around you.
