I feel comfortable talking to all the staff and never feel anxious about bringing questions forward. I am given regular advice about how I can improve, and it’s always done in a positive manner. I really appreciate this guidance as I want to continue to develop my skills. My editors also encourage me to try new things so that I can work towards my goals. It’s lovely to know that everyone wants to help each other out. Which is another really good thing about Bauer; help is always given. People work together and build things up to produce the best results. They also regularly recognise people’s achievements.”
