The Waterloo Hive have hospitality roles and are working with Remit Training to ‘Train The Nation’ so we can ‘Build Back Stronger’ after the Covid-19 pandemic.
The Waterloo Hive are a family run cafe with the community at the heart of everything we do. All of their food is made from scratch using locally sourced ingredients. You can find them on Facebook – The Waterloo Hive and the posts on there should give you a good feel for the cafe.
They are very family-centric and offer games and crafts for the kids who come in so it’s very important you are happy around children and will make people feel welcome.
The role will comprise of both Front of House and Kitchen duties.
Kitchen Roles:
Health, Safety and Food Hygiene
Food preparation
Basic cooking leading on to more complex when you feel comfortable to do so
Front of House Roles:
Barista training
Customer service
Cash handling
Cleaning and tidying
Taking orders and generally adding to the friendly, relaxed atmosphere!
