In a year of turbulence, uncertainty and challenge our organisation has led the way in driving positive outcomes for young people right across the UK and delivered some of the greatest impact of our 9 year history.

- Over 2.3 Million page views across skills and careers content
- 17,000 registered Young Professional Registrations
- 98% of users more confident in their skills
- 55 Youth Ambassadors supporting at over 50 events
Schools and Teachers:
- 3,400 registered education providers
- 38 Young Professional Providers
Employers & Places:
- 300 Good Youth Employment Charter sign ups
- 30 Employer Profiles built
- 4 Quality of employment conference sessions
- 10 Masterclass sessions
- 2 Youth Friendly Places offering over 20,000 opportunities locally
What’s next? The Route to 2026
Our work is far from finished. There is still much to do to ensure all young people can fulfil their potential, which is why we are setting out an ambitious 5 year strategy.
This year not only sees us celebrating our 10th anniversary… it will also be the catalyst year for driving the biggest impact to youth unemployment.
We invite organisations to support our work and double down with us on our efforts to tackle youth unemployment. Only by working together – alongside young people themselves – will we see real change.
