The role
Working alongside the Head Chef, Sous Chef and Chef, you will be accountable for excellent food quality and standards, while also ensuring food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards and compliance within the kitchen are always maintained to the highest level. As a Kitchen Assistant with Prezzo you will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to help to keep everything flowing in the kitchen to ‘wow’ our customers.
