Work Experience with The British Library: #CreateYourFuture

The British Library work experience programme is now accepting applications from Camden, Leeds and Harrogate school students. Apply today and #CreateYourFuture.

About the opportunity

In this work experience programme, you can spend a week helping British Library staff in an area of your choice. This could range from working with the exhibitions team, to helping digitise collection items to working in Human Resources.

If you don’t live locally to one of The British Library sites there is still lots on offer.

Check out the virtual work experience The World of The British Library (springpod.com) and learn at your own pace. You’ll find out more about their collections and what it is like to look after them and bring them to the public.

You could also book a visit to one of the events or exhibitions – Events – The British Library (bl.uk)

How to apply

If you’re interested in working with The British Library with this exciting opportunity, please email earlycareers@bl.uk to apply.
