A Traineeship is an education and training programme with work experience that is focused on giving young people the skills and experience that employers are looking for. At its core are work preparation training, English and maths for those who need it, and a high quality work experience placement.

Traineeships help unlock your great potential and give you the work preparation training, maths and English and work experience needed to get an Apprenticeship or other jobs.

Though this position is advertised as unpaid, you will be covered for out of pocket expenses.

Your work experience will be within an office environment providing key Content Creation support to various areas of the business.

Are you eligible?

  • Are you currently not in a job? Do you have little or no work experience?
  • Are you aged 16 to 24 and qualified below Level 4?

Typical day-to-day duties will include:

  • Create social media content and campaigns for different Target audiences across different channels, which include video/animation
  • Email campaigns that interest our different target audiences and be able to report on these and forward leads onto relevant sales members
  • Able to use Google Analytics for monitoring of company or client’s web site and able to make reports on this to supervisor/colleagues, to see where content could be improved
  • Able to update the company website using Content Management Software such as WordPress, to make our information shine
  • Be able to implement Search Engine Optimisation techniques across the whole spectrum of Digital Marketing and the Web Site
  • Data entry
  • Updating reports and spreadsheets

This Traineeship opportunity includes work preparation training, maths and English support for those who require it and a high quality work experience placement.
