The suitable applicant will need to have a passion for childcare and want to learn how to promote development. Be enthusiastic, happy and caring. The Trainee would need to get involved in reading, singing and messy play.

Are you aged 16 to 24 and qualified below Level 4?
Your daily tasks in placement may include:
- Cleaning the setting daily, during the day and before closing up
- Joining in with activities (singing, messy play, reading)
- Supporting with the children’s needs
- Flexible with the daily changes
- Developing the children
- Follow the settings policies and procedures daily
