You will undergo a pre-employment training programme which will take around 7/8 weeks, where you will gain qualifications in employability, maths and English.

You will complete an education and training programme with work experience that is focused on gaining work experience.

• unemployed and have little or no work experience
• aged 16 to 24
• qualified below Level 3

You won’t be paid, but you may be given expenses for things like travel.
