Hartree Partners is looking for a junior analyst who will be supporting the crude and products desks. Hartree would like someone who has an interest in financial markets and is also good at digesting large amounts of data. This role will be cross desk and will provide you with excellent exposure to both crude and products desks.
This role will include:
Developing, maintaining and running a ship-tracking model that tracks seaborne flows of crude for major trading routes
Atomisation of data entry and other routine functions of their models and communicating the model outputs to traders
Helping store, structure and optimise data
Helping with research and various analytical tasks
