The TikTok Creativity programme is a programme funded by TikTok that aims to help 16 – 24 year old’s find a role within the creativity sector.
The programme runs for 3 days a week for 4 weeks and is done completely remotely using Microsoft Teams. After completing the programme, they will then have access to 1-2-1 career coaching and in work support once they find employment.
Over the 4-week programme, the cohort will get vital employability skills training, insight into the digital and technology sector whilst doing practical activities and gain confidence in applying for digital apprenticeships or entry level IT roles, with the view of launching their career.
The programme covers the different type of creative roles available in the industry, the different jargon terms, how to tailor a cover letter and CV to these specific positions and we even do group projects. Alongside our facilitators we do have guest speakers from creative Apprenticeships providers, and TikTok staff also speak to the group about the creative industry.

- Interested in a creative role
- 16 – 24 years old
- Access to laptop/computer and headphones
- Based in London, Birmingham, and London
- Not in Education or Employment
- Have the right to work within the UK
