What is Create Your Future?
#CreateYourFuture is a joint campaign between The Careers & Enterprise Company and Youth Employment UK aiming to support young people to connect to opportunity and develop the skills and confidence to navigate their next steps. A comprehensive blend of weekly activities and resources covers all your learners’ options and choices. The can also find early career opportunities are available locally to them.

#CECAheadOfTheGame has links for career leaders with a range of effective tools and resources to support you, your students and parents/carers through transitions to ensure you remain Ahead of the Game during this crucial period.
The Local Opportunities Finder
With Create Your Future, your students and learners can explore early career opportunities and events in their area.
Create Your Future Opportunities cover experience, training, early career roles, and careers events and workshops, too. Training can include free skills bootcamps, or paid earn-and-learn opportunities such as traineeships, apprenticeships, and degree apprenticeships.
Last year we supported young people with over 20,000 opportunities. As of 2022 these opportunities are updated daily, provided by organisations who have signed our Good Youth Employment Charter. The best way for students to explore Create Your Future opportunities is to be registered to the website, so that their experiences is personalised with local opportunities.
Create Your Future OpportunitiesThe 6-Week Activities Programme
With Create Your Future, your students and learners can build their skills and careers confidence through structured bite-size activities.
We have crafted 6 weeks of focused activities to support young people. These are available on our Create Your Future hub, and are sent to all student and youth subscribers to our Young Professional newsletter.
