Recruitment & Marketing Apprenticeship At First Rung: #CreateYourFuture

We are looking for a motivated apprentice to start immediately earning £11,939pa. Achieve your Business Administration Level 3 qualification whilst you gain experience in Recruitment, Marketing and Business. If you have a passion for working with people and supporting them onto training then apply now! All training will be provided.

Duties will include:

• Contacting potential and existing candidates by telephone and email
• Log and respond to text message enquires received through all marketing channels e.g. phone email, social network etc
• Liaising with the Employment Engagement team and designing job adverts and advertising on Apprenticeship websites, Social Media and looking at new ideas to engage with young people
• Creating and posting apprenticeship advertisements onto databases
• Using social media and other avenues to connect with potential candidates
• Email weekly vacancy list to First Rung’s Marketing list
• Managing a data collection of leads, enquiries, applicants and contacts
• Play an active role in all First Rung’s marketing and promotional image including PR materials and attend marketing events
