Apprentice Compliance Officer would be earning from our compliance leads in the business, ability to earn commission and to learn organisational, key communicational skills + the industry and compliance standards required. You will work towards a Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship standard.

IMC specialises in the recruitment of medical and healthcare staff across the entire UK. We are a staffing provider to both the private and public sectors holding the status of a specialist and a leading NHS nationwide framework supplier. IMC is looking to hire for immediate start dates, please read the specifications below:

  • Able to use learn and use existing database infrastructure
  • Able to communicate excellently to all different types of people – internal staff and external candidates and clients
  • Able to work long hours at a high pace of output and activity levels
  • Reviewing candidate placement forms, completing, and approving them for placements
  • Ensuring own work is accurate and in line with expectations
  • Ensuring all individual performance target expectations are met
  • Able to track, manage own workload effectively
  • Able to review and action daily reports with actions and follow up + update and report back to the relevant management chains.
  • Able to remain calm when preparing audit files when requested, ensuring all documents in the file are correct and relevant. (desired but not essential)
  • Able to juggle multiple files constantly at one time to ensure 100% compliant candidate files are achieved asap and by a set date before being released for work.
  • Ensuring no uncompliant candidates are placed
  • Ensuring great communication with the Sales Teams – assigned to particular recruiters to work with for consistency
