Studying with Novo Training is a great opportunity for 16-18 year olds to realise their full potential! Our JumpStart Traineeship Programme is an 8-12 week fast-track course designed to teach you the critical workplace skills that will ensure you are either employer ready or have the requisite foundation knowledge to start an apprenticeship.
Our expert Employer Engagement team will also secure you a specialist work placement, based on your employment goals, which will give you the essential experience to start your career journey. What each learner gains from the programme is, however, largely down to their own commitment and determination.
We will provide the tools and support, but it is you who must use them to achieve your goals.
Who is eligible for the programme?
- Aged 16-18
- Have little or no work experience
- Have not completed an apprenticeship or traineeship
- Are available for classroom sessions at our Jewellery Quarter training centre
- Do not hold a qualification higher than a Level 3
- Can commit to a minimum 100 hour work placement
- You are motivated to build a successful future!
