Time Health is an innovative food supplements company based in Maresfield, East Sussex, specializing in plant-based vitamins, minerals, mushrooms, herbs and antioxidants.

About the role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Marketing team. You will working closely with the Marketing Manager and Assistant, experimenting with new ideas for both our on and offline strategies.  You will also be assisting the Customer Services manager, dealing and responding to customer queries and resolving issues.

Key responsibilities:

• Assisting the Marketing staff with marketing activities.
• Assisting the Customer Services manager with customer queries and issues.
• Assisting with the production of marketing materials and literature e.g. blog writing, product pages, brochures etc.
• Coordinating the production of a wide range of marketing communications.
• Growing our social media presence.
• Assisting with the creation of e-shots.
• Providing support for events and exhibitions as required.

Essential:

• Sound understanding of marketing principles.
• An understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice.
• You must be able to write clear, concise and SEO optimised creative copy for all marketing activity, with a keen eye for grammar, punctuation, style and accuracy.
• Willingness to learn about our product range and read related scientific literature.
• High level of IT literacy.
• GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent).

Desirable:

• A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent qualification) in a marketing related subject and/or experience in a similar role.
• Experience in e-commerce, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
• Knowledge of the supplements/health industry.
• Working knowledge of WordPress.
• An understanding of Google Ads and Google Analytics.
• Ability to use design software such as Photoshop or Illustrator.
• Enjoy networking and building strong business relationships.
