About The Apprenticeship

Crawford & Company have launched their Major and Complex Loss Apprentice Scheme for 2022. You’ll start your journey with a full programme of development, giving you access to all the tools and training that you’ll need.

Duties include:

• Your role will involve undertaking a number of critical aspects in the day to day management of insurance losses
• Most of your time will be spent supporting senior adjusters and the wider team by making sure our reports are issued in a timely manner and all required steps in the process have been achieved
• You’ll also updates customers, insurers and brokers, understanding and using data to support decision making, liaising with customers and manage appointments and queries on behalf of the adjuster
• As you progress, you’ll also have the opportunity to attend some visits to the site of loss so you can gain first-hand experience of investigations too
• This role provides an entry level opportunity into loss adjusting and has been designed to complement the Cert. CILA qualification
