We strive to provide the highest levels of service via a flexible, reliable, and competent team throughout our business. To continue our growth, we are now looking for the next generation of talented engineers to undertake our Apprenticeship Scheme. Our Apprenticeship provides:
- A gateway to a rewarding and successful career in engineering.
- Wide ranging engineering experience whilst undertaking a comprehensive apprenticeship programme across a large, multi-operational site.
- Work alongside a team of industry professionals and gain a range of qualifications
- Learn how to work safely, including how to conduct engineering tasks in a food risk environment.
- Carry out and complete tasks and undertake projects both for the company and apprenticeship provider.
- Regular completion of apprenticeship coursework, which includes off the job training held at the premises of our Training Provider.
- Engage in all aspects of training and communication.
Knowledge & Experience
- A keen interest in practical, hands-on activities.
- The drive and determination to excel during a challenging apprenticeship.
- A good team worker and ability to communicate with others.
- A friendly, positive, hardworking approach to work
- To be reliable as you will be an important part of a team.
- 5 x GCSEs (or equivalent). Grades must be A*-C / 9-5 for Maths, A*-C / 9-4 for English, Science and two other subjects.
