Based at our largest depot in Tamworth, you’ll gain experience in a number of roles over the duration of the programme, providing you with the tools to manage and lead high performing teams. You will contribute to ensuring department standards and KPIs are met, to ensuring our supply chain schedules are managed in a safe, compliant and legal way and most importantly, help make Greencore a great place to work for all our colleagues.
You will gain experience in:
- Leading and manging others
- Understanding end to end Supply Chain Operations
- Continuous improvement activity to make our operations even more effective
- Commercial and financial comprehension
