The candidates will work with our front of house team who will teach them how to use CRM softwares Phorest, Treatwell, Fresha.

The candidates will work with our front of house team who will teach them how to use CRM softwares Phorest, Treatwell, Fresha.

They will be trained in basic knowledge of our treatments and products so they have the knowledge to answer clients over the phone or email and or in person. They will be taught how to manage a diary, how to manage and label stock, what essential consultation and consent forms need to be signed by clients, how to welcome and great clients and how to upsell and cross sell. They will learn how to open and close the clinic and how to check up and follow up with clients during and after treatments. They will learn everything about customer service and how to manage difficult situations. They will also ensure that the venue is at the highest quality at all times.

  • Basic knowledge of all salon treatments & products
  • Manage the booking diary
  • Answering the telephone and responding to client’s enquiries
  • Manage and label stock
  • Ensure the Salon is kept at the highest quality at all times
