A Job Coach provides a valuable link between an employer and the employee, ensuring any concerns from either party are addressed quickly and efficiently. Job Coaches can benefit the employer greatly by helping to handle difficult situations, even when they are challenging to approach.

Training allowance of £160.00 per month during your placement.
10 week duration. Remote classroom delivery with face-to-face work experience.
You will complete a 10-week traineeship at a Shaw Trust Garden Centre in Bromley and gain the following qualifications and employability and work skills:
Level 1 Employability qualification.
Up to Level 2 in Functional skills (English and maths) if required.
TSI training- Training in Systematic Instruction.
Development of key skills such as team working, time management, communication and problem solving.
