Mora Recycle is a growing company with a professional team committed to sustainability that works hard to consistently exceed its customers’ expectations one piece of electronics at a time. We are currently re-branding and going through a big makeover. Based East of London, Mora Recycle provide Computer Disposal Services to a variety of organisations across London and it’s all free of charge! We are dedicated to preventing waste electrical and electronic equipment from ending up in landfill. Our service not only helps your organisation conform to the WEEE legislation, and the Data Protection Act by ensuring that your data is destroyed to strict government standards.

The Role

Your duties may include:
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
• Talk staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults

This opportunity includes 4 weeks of pre-employment training allowing you to learn the skills you will need to identify your future talent and unlock your potential within the workplace. Following on from this you will then complete 3 weeks of work experience to showcase your talents and what you have learnt from the course, get more familiar with the people in the company and the role, after which you will be offered a GUARANTEED INTERVIEW for a job role. During the 4 weeks of pre-employment training, you will be working towards a qualification in Customer Service along with improving your employability prospects, maths, English & digital skills, all of which are vital within any workplace and will help you feel well prepared for your work experience and the GUARANTEED INTERVIEW.
