We have over 150 hotels, so the location could be in various locations across East Midlands. Travel will be kept to a minimum for trainees.

Responsible for cleaning the hotel bedrooms, bathrooms and public areas, ensuring that sufficient linen is available for daily operations and might also be required to complete additional cleaning tasks in the back of house.

Pay rates starting at £8.91 per hour & will be paid on completion of the 70 hours work experience. Potential earning while completing 70 hours work experience is £624!

Room Attendant:
● Clean hotel rooms to required standards and by required deadlines
● Complete regular cleaning routines (task of the day) as per training
● Change bed linen and towels
● Make beds
● High and low Dusting and polishing furniture

Linen Porter
● Ensure the delivery of clean linen to designated areas in the hotel by specified deadlines
● Ensure the collection of soiled linen from designated areas in the hotel by specified deadlines
● Check all linen cupboards on a regular basis and ensure they are maintained in a tidy, organised manner and fully stocked
● Keep the service areas clean and tidy

Public Area Cleaner
● Clean designated public areas of the hotel to required standards and by required deadlines
● Complete regular cleaning routines (task of the day)
● Vacuum and mop floors
● Dust and polish furniture
● Clean windows
● Replace stock of supplies, such as soap, toilet rolls, brochures etc.
● Re-stock and clean equipment used

This opportunity includes 4 weeks of pre-employment training allowing you to learn the skills you will need to identify your future talent and unlock your potential within the workplace. Following on from this you will then complete 3 weeks of PAID work experience to showcase your talents and what you have learnt from the course, get more familiar with the people in the company and the role, after which you will be offered a GUARANTEED INTERVIEW for a job role. During the 4 weeks of pre-employment training, you will be working towards a qualification in Customer Service along with improving your employability prospects, maths, English & digital skills, all of which are vital within any workplace and will help you feel well prepared for your work experience and the GUARANTEED INTERVIEW.
