This Traineeship has been designed to help you gain the experience you will need to succeed in different sectors such as Hospitality
and Business Admin.
You will receive hands on training in the restaurant, employability sessions and vital qualifications such as Functional Skills and Customer Service to add to your CV.
Participants will gain:
- Work Experience being trained by appropriate staff in your chosen sector.
- Vocational Qualification such as -Customer Service Level 1, Level 2 Food Allergen Awareness
- Functional Skills English & Maths Entry Level 1- Level 2.
- Online learning modules- Allergen Awareness, Food Safety Level 2, Coffee Skills, Leading Great shifts and Guest Excellence.
- Employability skills- A guide to virtual interviews, CV and interview techniques, Creating Cover letters, Communication and Presentation skills, Building Resilience & staying persistent and Code of Conduct.
- Life skills including teamwork, communication and confidence building.
- Weekly enrichment sessions which will include inspirational guest speakers from professionals in the industry.
