Hospitality Team Member Apprenticeship opportunity with G & T Leisure Ltd – Manchester #CreateYourFuture

An amazing opportunity to work in one of Manchester’s best cocktail bars. Surrounded in mystery, Arcane burst onto the Manchester bar scene in May 2016, picking up several award nominations and winning the highly sought-after Manchester’s best bar award, as voted for by Manchester’s bartenders themselves at the Manchester Bar awards.

Duties will include, but not limited to:

• Taking in weekly deliveries of stock to be sold
• Setting up and closing down of the outdoors seating area
• Weekly preparation of mixed cocktail ingredients to be sold
• Managing orders from the mobile ordering platform
• Opening up and closing down of the bar alongside the management team
• Ensuring the venue is Covid secure
