Groundwork LDN has an upcoming free Horticulture and Employability course that they are offering to anyone that is based in London & Greater London, 16-24 and NEET (Not in Employment, Education or Training)
The course takes place from 17th November until the 6th of December.

What is Central?
Central is a free, skills-training programme that provides employment support for young people living in Central London. Through this programme, you can be supported by being provided with training in industry-specific skills, helping you to stand out and succeed in your future career. The course provides you with qualified tutors and dedicated Employment Advisors to work with you throughout, supporting you towards employment.
What you will get out of this course
Once learners complete the course they will achieve a Level 1 qualification and will be put forward for Horticulture roles within Groundwork and Idverde. Each learner will have a dedicated Employment Advisor to provide 1:1 support them finding job opportunities and helping them with their CV, interview prep, and making sure they are job ready. It’s a fantastic opportunity and we have had great success previously in getting young people into sustainable employment that they enjoy!
