Umbrella Training currently have around 30 traineeship opportunities for young people aged 16-18 to take their first step into the hospitality industry under their HOP Traineeship Scheme.
During this traineeship, you will:
- Be given employability training
- Be paid between £60-£100 per week for 24 hours work over 4/5 day shifts.
- Receive meals on duty, uniforms (if required) and your travel expenses paid for the 4-month duration of said traineeship.
- Be guaranteed a job interview at the end of the training.
Each Trainee will be moved to different departments within their place of work to help find their niche.
