About the opportunity
The Launch Group in partnership with The Princes Trust are running a 5 day online Health and Social Care course where candidates gain a Level 1 Award in Occupational studies (problem solving, teamwork and introduction to health and social care units) as well as interview preperation and a guaranteed interview for care roles in the North East and York.
The following roles are some of the jobs that are on offer:
- Clinical Support Worker
- Health Care Support
- Health Care Assistant
- Care Co -ordinators
- Support Administrators
This week long programme will give you an insight into how the Health and Social Care sector works and their recruitment process. You will also get the opportunity to learn a range of employability skills.
Eligibility
In order to be eligible to this programme, learners must be:
- 16+
- Not working or studying more than 16 hours a week.
