Rupert Hayes are looking for someone who has a desire to succeed in the Hairdressing industry. You will be working in a modern, stylish and fast-paced salon. The successful candidate will be working as a salon apprentice.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Meeting and greeting clients in a friendly and helpful manner
  • Assisting qualified Hairdressers with shampooing, providing treatments, blow-drying etc.
  • After relevant training, some basic cutting and styling will be involved in this role. This will become more complex as your skills develop
  • Working on the reception desk and booking client appointments
  • Keeping the salon clean and tidy
  • Offering clients refreshments

Apprenticeship summary

Weekly wage: £154.80

Working week: (Days and times to be confirmed). One 7-hour day in college. With 2 days off (The role includes weekend work).

Total hours per week: 36.00

Expected duration: 24 months

Possible start date: 31 Dec 2021

Apprenticeship level: Intermediate, Level 2 (GCSE)
