Salary as an Apprentice: c£21,000-£24,000 + Company Van + iPhone + to 12% Company Pension contribution + Share Scheme. Five weeks paid holiday + Bank Holidays.

Salary as a Tech Rep: c£33,000 – £37,000 depending on geography + Bonus + Company Van + iPhone + to 12% Company Pension contribution + Share Scheme. Five weeks paid holiday + Bank Holidays.

What you would become part of:

Based from home, CCEP’s Technical Representatives cover England, Scotland and Wales. Together they are responsible for maintaining over 150,000 Post-Mix machines, Coolers & Vendors located in 110,000 customer premises, ranging from pubs and bars to Supermarkets, smaller retailers, theme parks and offices. You would join one of our teams of 10-12 Technicians and would accompany them learning to repair breakdowns, install equipment in pubs, bars & restaurants and complete planned maintenance and equipment checks.

Apprenticeship Programme:

After an initial introduction at our Milton Keynes facility, your time would be split between learning in the field (85%) and learning at Wolverhampton College (15%). Time at college is arranged in two weekly blocks, with one or two weeks of each block requiring attendance at Wolverhampton, for which CCEP will fund your accommodation costs.

After 4 – 8 months of accompanying experienced Tech Reps you would start to attend basic planned maintenance and breakdown calls on your own and as your knowledge grows you would take on more complex cases.
