Exam Season: Support For Students with Managing Stress

Preparing for exams can be a stressful time. Learn more about our handy guide to give your students tips and techniques to help support them with managing their stress during exams.

We know that exam season can be a stressful time of year for young people, and at times it can feel difficult knowing how to support your students in the best possible way. It’s important for young people to know how to revise effectively, manage their time, but also make sure they are looking after themselves, not letting their exams get on top of them!

To help with supporting your students during this busy time, we have created a downloadable “Stress Management Guide” booklet, outlining tips and techniques for young people to use, to help them understand:

  • How to revise effectively and realistically (including a handy revision timetable)
  • How to manage their emotions
  • How to practice self-care
  • The importance of asking for help
  • How to stay calm on exam day
  • What to expect on results day

This booklet can be downloaded, printed and shared with students, or can be shared directly online with them.
