Over 24 months, you’ll develop leadership skills, gain technical exposure and understanding, and experience professional development, through a combination of theoretical learning and on the job experience. We’ll also make sure that you’re on track throughout the scheme by conducting regular reviews to check you’re setting yourself up for success. Supported by PTLLS (Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector) trainers, you’ll be driven, focused and keen to achieve a supervisory role in a technical discipline.
