You will be involved with and gain exposure of:
• Social media management, mainly on Facebook, Twitter & Instagram, including content creation, using scheduling tools and analysing results
• Digital marketing techniques, including SEO, affiliates and copywriting
• Using website content management systems, particularly WordPress, to update websites for clients and in-house projects
• General digital admin tasks, including data entry, answering the phone and fulfilling e-commerce sales
This vacancy is for an opportunity in the digital industry. A short period of pre-employment training will precede the work placement and will be in a virtual classroom. The classroom learning will cover customer service & digital skills, work preparation skills, maths and English where relevant.
