Customer Service Recruitment Admin Apprenticeship opportunity with Calibre Search Ltd – Leeds #CreateYourFuture

As a customer service apprentice you will be working with our recruitment consultancy team, supporting all aspects of administration to provide an efficient recruitment service to the business. The role would suit a motivated administrator with a high degree of attention to detail and/or a keen interest in working in Recruitment.

Roles of the apprentice:

  • Formatting CV’s
  • New starter calls on a Monday
  • Answering phone s
  • Ordering stationary
  • Ordering gifts for clients
  • Send timesheet reminders
  • Inputting data onto the app and Bullhorn – Kpi’s
  • Help team members with projects
  • Show clients to meeting rooms
  • Let clients/candidates into the building via intercom system
