Your responsibilities:

  • Deliver distinctly exceptional hospitality
  • Ensure thorough knowledge of menus and allergen information
  • Ensure thorough knowledge of the venue
  • Always smile, greet and thank guests
  • Build a rapport with guests
  • Build a rapport with all members of the ECC team you encounter
  • Handle guest enquiries and communication courteously and professionally
  • Always follow service standards as laid out in the ECC Sequence of Service
  • Use your suggestive, up selling and complementary selling skills at all times
  • Maintain service tools and equipment
  • Inform the manager/supervisor of any complaints immediately
  • Inform the manager of any drunk or suspicious guests
  • Set up and breakdown service area according to company standards
  • Support in all aspects of the guest journey
  • You are responsible for the security and control of stock, including any stock losses
