Customer Service Apprenticeship At Eagle Estates: #CreateYourFuture

This independent local estate agent specialises in residential letting management of Houses of Multiple Occupancy (HMO) and individual properties.

Duties will include:

  • Greeting visitors into the business
  • Answering telephone calls and taking detailed and accurate message to pass on to the relevant staff member
  • Entering and amending customer contact information using the in-house IT system
  • Updating Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
  • Assisting with the office stationery order
  • Assisting with labelling keys
  • Filing documentation
  • General administration
  • Opportunity to assist with property viewings and visits
