What will I do on the programme?

On the graduate programme you will have the opportunity to gain a breadth of experience in our UK Customer Service & Supply Chain (CSSC) Function during your four-year graduate placement. You will be building your capability in the workplace and, with support, you will be expected to deliver strong business results in each of your placements. CCEP believe in unleashing potential….

We will develop and challenge you throughout the programme, ensuring a great experience! Our graduates will be assigned a mentor who is an experienced leader within the business – who will work closely with you during the programme, sharing knowledge, offering advice, and helping you make the most of every opportunity.
