About the role

As a Training Consultant you will not only make a difference in the lives of learners, but also increase the standards and reputation of the industry you love. In this role you will:

  • Be responsible for supporting a caseload of learners of any age through their course
  • Facilitate learning and preparation for assessment
  • Support your learners to achieve their Functional Skills qualifications
  • Work hands on with our learners and employers in their places of work and online
  • Use a variety of teaching techniques to ensure that the highest standard of bespoke learning is offered

Minimum Qualifications

In order to be successful in this role you will have:

  • 4 years experience as a Head Chef
  • Hands on knowledge of multiple areas of the kitchen, for example fish, meat, vegetable, larder preparation, desserts, bakery, sauces
  • Possess or working to a minimum of level 2 standard in maths and English
  • Good IT skills – Working level of knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and other MIS and databases
  • Willing to undertake training and Professional Development within the role

Salary: £22,000 – £27,000, dependant on skills and experience
