About our early careers
You don’t need a degree
At T&F, we do not mandate any of our applicants to be degree educated for any of our roles
Access career building workshops
Our Learning & Organisational Development team run Career Building Success workshops frequently to aid in structured development in early careers. These workshops range from personal branding, presentation skills, resilience etc
Apprenticeships
In the UK, we can look to support colleagues with undertaking an upskilling Apprenticeship as part of their professional development. We currently have colleagues undertaking these courses in the fields of data analysis, marketing and project management.
Internships
From time to time we put on planned internship programmes. This year we’ve supported the American Association of Publishers (AAP) Internship programme.)

First launched in November 2017, it builds on the success of earlier formal and informal mentoring initiatives. Our mission is to create a culture that encourages open communication and sharing of experience across all levels.
