Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Liaise with head office staff, schools and external organisations to organise meetings that make best use of virtual channels and minimise the need for travel
  • Book hotel accommodation for the Teaching and Training Lead Practitioners
  • Act as a point of contact for the wider team, dealing with actions in and between teams
  • Collating assignment briefs and ensuring the tracker is kept up to date
  • Responding to data requests regarding assignment briefs from schools and SLT
  • Support with financial processes for the wider team, such as creation of purchase orders, tracking invoices and various other financial administration for team projects as requested by the Teaching and Training Project Manager
  • Finance administration to support the Personal Assistant such as maintaining team expenditure records, subscription fees, CPD conference expenditure records and national training cohort event expenditure records
  • Assisting the Personal Assistant with ad hoc administration and expense queries from the Teaching and Training Lead Practitioners
  • Assist with preparing job descriptions by researching the wider market, assisting with induction process of new starters and ensuring they have completed a full induction and got all their equipment

Desired qualifications

Qualifications, Training and Education, also identify training to be given:

  • A minimum of foundation level qualification in English and Mathematics, e.g maths & English GCSEs at grade A-C/9-4 (or equivalent)
  • Hold a relevant qualification at Level 2 or above in Business Administration or Customer Service
  • Ideally a Level 2+ qualification in a media related course

Weekly wage: £168.63 to £325.22

Apprenticeship level: Advanced, Level 3 (A level)
