Are you currently not in a job? Do you have little or no work experience?
Are you aged 16 to 24 and qualified below Level 3 (A level)?

This is your chance to learn new skills and develop your carrier within the Property Services industry.

Responsibilities include:

  • Will be answering the phone dealing with enquiries from clients or calls from our operatives based out on the road, along with e-mails
  • Working alongside our office manager assisting with logging and scheduling appointments
  • Reviewing jobs completed by our engineers, ensuring all works are completed to the highest of standards
  • Reviewing client update (WIP) lists, on excel spreadsheets and updating our clients with findings/bookings
  • Handling and coordinating active calendars
  • Schedule and confirm meetings
  • Ensure file organisation based on office protocol
  • Provide Hospitality for visitors and directors

The ideal candidate:

  • Will have knowledge within the social housing sector and schedule of rates
  • Experience within the construction industry
  • Able to use BigChange
  • Admin experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
