Business Administration Apprenticeship At White Label Publishing: #CreateYourFuture

We’re looking for someone who is keen to learn and able to communicate effectively with a wide range of projects from across the organisation. On top of that, you’ll be able to work efficiently, prioritising your own key tasks and responding to changing circumstances and requirements.

Duties may include:

  • Assist in maintaining in house project tools and producing project reports
  • Research of information for existing and new projects
  • Supporting with PowerPoint and word presentations
  • Updating databases
  • Coordinating delegate registrations
  • Preparing delegate packs and joining instructions
  • Providing administrate support across our in-house team (regen, marketing, comms and design studio)
  • Coordinating suppliers, handling client and attendee queries
  • Post-event data entry (if required)
  • Diary management i.e. setting up regular project meetings ensuring key colleagues can attend
  • Ordering stationery, water, paper for the general office (once we are back in the office)
  • Answering the general office telephone, transferring calls and taking messages (once we are back in the office)
  • Being front of house at the office and greeting guests/clients which come in for meetings (once we are back in the office)

Desired qualifications

You must have GCSE grades C/4 and above in English and maths or equivalent.

    £12,791.00

  • Working week

    Shifts to be confirmed. You will have to deal with some unsocial hours.

    Total hours per week: 35.00
