A Traineeship is a course that includes a work placement – It can last from 6 weeks up to 6 months. A Traineeship isn’t a job – It is an educational course that takes place in a workplace.
Traineeships prepare you for work – Traineeships are perfect for getting an individual ready for an Apprenticeship or job if they don’t have the appropriate skills or experience.
At the end of a Traineeship the Trainee is guaranteed an interview for an Apprenticeship.
Who is this traineeship for?
It is for young people – Anyone aged 16 to 24 year olds (or 25 year olds with an education, health and care plan) can apply.
