Employers: Join The Skills Revolution and Upskill Young People in 2024 #SkillsForLife

The government’s “Skills For Life” campaign aims to help businesses build the skilled workforce they need for our economy to thrive.

Discover support and funding for boosting young talent in your workforce

This campaign highlights the range of training and employment schemes available to employers to help them upskill the young people in their business.

Skills programmes can help businesses grow by upskilling employers, driving better results and helping to retain their workforce. Training and employment schemes help fill skills gaps by developing the skills needed to succeed, including in demand skills for the future (green/digital/STEM).
