What support do you need for students and learners at risk of becoming NEET? Take the Education Provider Survey

Teachers and career leaders – please complete this short survey and share your views on reducing and preventing NEET young people aged 16-17. Deadline for responses: 5th December

This survey forms part of a research project exploring the current provision for the prevention and reduction of NEET young people aged 16-17 years old.

It seeks to understand current practice in education settings with regard to the recording of NEET young people and the current offer for those young people deemed to be at risk of becoming NEET.

  • What support would you like to receive in your work with learners who are at risk of becoming NEET?
  • What additional support do you think your institution would benefit from when it comes to recording the destination of learners when they leave education or training?

Please complete the survey by 5th December. We will not require the name of your setting. All responses will be anonymised in the report (please see our privacy policy). We will collect your email to allow us to follow up. We would like to thank you for your time and personal/professional perspective in advance; your insights count.

If you have any questions about the survey please contact our Senior Policy and Research Officer, Joshua Knight, at joshua@youthemployment.org.uk.
